By using DiziQuiz you agree to these Terms of Service. DiziQuiz is an independent, fan-made application and is not affiliated with any television network, film studio, or streaming service.

2. Fan-Made Disclaimer

DiziQuiz is an independent fan creation. All series titles, franchise names, and character names referenced within the platform are used for descriptive, nominative purposes only. All trademarks and intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. DiziQuiz is not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any rights holder.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

Users may submit question reports and feedback. By submitting content you grant DiziQuiz a non-exclusive license to use that content to improve the service. You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

DiziQuiz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
